If you’re like me, you love to catch up with old friends over the Christmas break. Nothing is more fun than hearing about all the new and exciting things happening in my friend’s lives and reliving old memories. Lauren and I have been friends since high school, and endured the pains of marching band. We spent many afternoons together, sweating on our high school, black top parking lot, me clutching my flute and she her French horn. Alyssa and I met in middle school, and were first string on our basketball team…B-team that is. It’s a true miracle that we are still friends after seeing each other go through all the awkwardness of middle school, but our friendship has lasted through the braces and racoon eyeliner.
We all attend Texas A&M University, but live in different worlds, so we don’t get to spend much time together. We love our hometown of New Braunfels, but we chose to venture off into San Antonio. In the morning, we walked around The Pearl District in San Antonio, ate macaroons from Bakery Lorraine, drank coffee at Local Coffee, and perused the stunning Hotel Emma. Afterwards we went to my river park and did a little photo shoot on the banks of the Guadalupe River. We all had so much fun together, and I can’t wait to make more memories with these amazing friends of mine!
I would love to schedule a shoot with you if you need senior portraits, family photos, roommate photos, or photos for any occasion!
